After an initial issue with my massage therapist giving me a 60 minute session when I had paid for a 90 minute session, Avery was quick to take care of the problem. I went ahead and reactivated my membership and my new massage therapist, Andrea B., Is amazing. Everyone is professional, and this location is clean and very relaxing.

Everyone at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, and the space is calm and relaxing Carmen was my massage therapist and she was wonderful! she really listened to my requests, tailored the massage to my needs, and made me feel completely comfortable I came in with pain from work and left feeling so relaxed and painfree that I took a much needed nap when I got home I would absolutely request Carmen again

Anthony was very nice however talked the whole time of the massage. He also shortened my session by 20 minutes and justified it by stating thank you for coming in early that allows me to catch my Steelers game. Since I did arrive 15 minute early and did not see what time u was actually taken to the massage room I did not dispute it. However I arrived 15 minutes but talked with the service lady for a few minutes and sat in the waiting room for a bit. That did not seem to me to justify the 20 minute cutoff of my 90 minute massage. Since I got it on a deal emailed to me figured that is why he felt justified in shorting my massage time. I did not feel he focused on the massage and was not as good as I was expecting. I give him a 3 star only because he seemed very kind. I will however not return.

The entire experience was exceptional. I was welcomed with care and support. They made note of my concerns and made sure to provide every detail to my MT, Stephanie. Stephanie was phenomenal. She hit all my targeted areas of need and found knots I didn’t even know existed. Highest recommend. I’ll definitely be back!

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated—especially since I was running late due to accidentally booking my appointment at the wrong location. She handled it with kindness and patience, which immediately put me at ease. My massage therapist, I believe her name was Blair, was fantastic. She seemed very knowledgeable and intuitive about what was going on with my tight and problem areas. She asked thoughtful questions while assessing my body and really took the time to troubleshoot and understand what needed attention. The massage itself was a bit different from what I’m used to. Instead of a full-body flow the entire time, she focused more locally—working through one tight area at a time before moving on. At first, I wasn’t sure how I felt about that approach, but afterward I realized how effective it was. I felt an incredible amount of relief and deep relaxation once the session was over. Overall, I left feeling so much better and truly cared for. I would absolutely recommend both Blair and this office, and I look forward to coming back.
