The massage was so bad that I thought I was getting pranked. The guy was pulling the ends of my hair with his fingers, and when I asked what he was doing, he said it was a scalp massage (?). It was nowhere near my scalp and it hurt so bad. Then he proceeded to pop my neck with no warning and also popped my toes. Very bizarre experience. Do not recommend.

Today was my second massage here. I like the vibe very much. It feels calm, pleasing and luxury. Especially for the $79.99/month membership price. The front desk was helpful, friendly and efficient. Eriqa was my therapist and she was fantastic. I will be back and booking with Eriqa soon! 5 stars! ⭐️

My husband and I went for a couples massage and it was amazing! We both left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Service and customer service was great. Brooklyn was my massage therapist and she was friendly and really knew what she was doing. Thank you and we will def be returning.

Brittany was awesome, her customer service was exceptional! She definitely set the tone as soon as my boyfriend and I walked thru the door. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and it was our first time going there. She greeted us instantly and she even told him happy birthday right away. Very nice and helpful. She answered all of our questions with kindness. Lindsey & Allie were also nice and focused on our problems areas. They told my boyfriend happy birthday as we were leaving after our massages. We enjoyed our service and will be coming back!

I found Massage Heights on ClassPass- I wanted to use my credits and try them out. I did a 90 minute message. Ross did a great job- good amount of pressure and release. He was very knowledgeable about muscles and told me that certain ones were still very tense and would need more stretching at home. I would go again!
