I had Deb when I went today. I tried out the hot bamboo massage. She and the massage were both great! I’m super sensitive to deep pressure and I actually really enjoyed it. There were times that it was a little too rough and Deb immediately responded and changed her way of massaging. She was very kind, professional and made me feel at ease. The only thing that I didn’t like was that I could hear the phones going off, the door slamming and the receptionists talking a lot during my massage. But I was able to tune most of it out because I must have been falling in and out of sleep! Haha

I was extremely disappointed with my recent prenatal massage experience. As a mother of a toddler and currently in my third trimester, I was truly looking forward to a relaxing and therapeutic appointment focused on relieving my lower back pain, (which I clearly indicated on my intake form) Upon arrival, the room was still being tidied, and during our initial interaction, the massage therapist (Juliette) mentioned that she was not yet board certified?! There was no discussion about focusing on specific problem areas or reviewing my stated concerns before the session began. Throughout the appointment, comments were made about my weight gain and the size of my belly, which felt unnecessary and inappropriate. The therapist also shared personal issues and paused the session to show me photos on her phone. This created an unprofessional atmosphere and made it difficult to relax. Despite my intake form specifying lower back discomfort, the majority of the massage time (approximately 50 of the 60 minutes) was spent on my shoulders. I am now experiencing significant shoulder pain following the appointment. Overall, the experience felt unfocused and unprofessional, which was especially disappointing given that prenatal massage requires attentiveness, sensitivity, and clear communication. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in professionalism and client care moving forward.

Would not recommend,I went many years ago and the man who massaged me was extremely inappropriate, bordering on sexual harassment.

A few weeks ago myself and 2 friends booked our massages for today 1/19/26. This past Sunday the weather forecast shifted into winter weather advisory’s and for many places travel advisory’s. With the 24 hour cancelation policy we had no opportunity given the timeline to cancel or reschedule our appointment times. We reached out to the business multiple times this morning to see what we could do given the lack of opportunity to call in time to cancel and the inclement weather that was happening all morning in our area. We expressed that we had zero visibility and couldn’t even see out of our windows. These phone calls were met with very rude and extremely inconsiderate receptionists. I was told that because the weather where they were was fine and you could see pavement that there was nothing we could do but come in or pay. Now, that being said i understand a cancelation policy but at this point they are valuing money over the safety of human beings taking the trek to get to them. And what cancelation policy doesn’t let you reschedule? So 2 of the 3 of us made the trip to attempt to get there. When we got there we were not only greeted with looks of annoyance but then continued to overhear the receptionists complaining that people were calling with the same concerns as us. They claimed the weather was fine and there were alternate ways to get there. The weather can be completely fine in one place and absolutely treacherous 5 minutes down the road. These receptionists not only put a terrible taste in my mouth for the business before I even got there but truly reinforced it as we left. The first impression of a business is what sets it up for success and this was not it. ⭐️ for receptionists ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for massage therapists bc they truly were amazing.

I have been coming here regularly since 2019. I usually have deep tissue or medical massage due to spinal stenosis and neuropathy. Having come here for so long, I have my favorite therapists who are experts at what they do, are intuitive, and have learned what areas to work on to give me relief. Coming here has kept me from having to pull the trigger on back surgery. The office staff are pleasant and have worked with me through various issues from billing to no-fault paperwork from an auto accident. Best massage business in Buffalo.
