I called to make an appointment TODAY around noon for SATURDAY. The lady that answered asked would this be insurance paid or out of pocket. I told her I had a gift card... ($200 value)I was told that there were no openings until MAY 30. I just called and told her my name was Cindy Carr and I was looking to book an appointment with my sister in my (professional voice)... Guess who had an opening for SATURDAY AT 5?....

I have been going to Massage Therapeutic Arts since 2019, and after Saturday I will never go again. I had an hour long couples massage that was not very good. We had two gentleman and my wife’s was okay, but the person doing my back seemed almost completely lost as how to give a massage. They spent an unusual amount of time on my calves and quads, and what felt like 30 seconds on my back. There was no pressure whatsoever, and my massage therapist just kept doing this odd knuckle thing on my chest for the last 5 minutes which he was clearly doing to try and kill the final 5 minutes. Based on the other reviews I should have noticed things have changed here. Seems to have the same management “fluff” response on each one to. Never again. Don’t waste your money.

Stephanie is a phenomenal therapist. She has a natural instinct that knows where the pain spots are and addresses them accordingly and professionally. Kudos to her and the entire staff for doing such a great job.

Calm, welcoming atmosphere in a beautiful historic mansion on Elmwood Ave. The space is unique, clean and very relaxing, with three floors for massage and other body treatments. The therapists are attentive and focused on client comfort, and they offer couples massage as well as accept insurance, no fault and worker's comp cases. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service and experience. Highly recommend!
