Our car broke down right outside their shop, and they were kind enough to offer us help. When we let them know a tow was already on the way, they went a step further and offered us some of their delicious food. Truly awesome people, it’s rare to see that kind of kindness shown to complete strangers. We’re so grateful!

We had masters catering do our wedding this past May and they did amazing! Our group was about 110 people. The food was to die for!! He has a lot of great options on his website you can choose from and prices are very reasonable! We chose - House salad - Rolls - Garlic mashed potatoes - Asparagus with basaltic drizzle - Cedar plank salmon (fresh Alaska salmon and it didn’t cost extra) - Chicken Dijon (he even made a portion gluten free for us) This dinner was very affordable in my opinion, compared to other vendors we looked at! He brought a team out and cooked the meat on site on grills and they also provided napkins, silverware and plates! They also cleared the tables as well. He communicated really well and let us come into the kitchen to taste the food! Our guests were raving about how amazing his food was and a lot of them had wanted to get seconds!

Wes and his team catered our wedding in July. When he came, the owner of the venue said “oh thank God you got Wes.” The food was phenomenal. I’ve had multiple Alaskans asking me if I knew his cedar plank salmon recipe. He went above and beyond for us providing plates and silverware for desserts. He was on time, professional, punctual with communications, and made suggestions based on our numbers. I didn’t expect there to be enough of the two main courses for everyone to have both.. there was enough and then some. His prices can’t be beat in Anchorage and really should be higher for the quality of service he provides. Highly recommend Master’s catering. THANK YOU WES AND THE REST OF THE TEAM!
