Ed Hill and the team at Masters Roofing are phenomenal. Ed is very pleasant, thorough and always responsive - just an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial meeting to receiving the warranty documentation the process was smooth and easy. The craftsmanship of the roofing team was amazing. 2 layers of roofing were removed, any damaged decking was replaced, and all flashing around the skylight and chimney were replaced. All of the plumbing and vent pipe boots were replaced and the plumbing and vent pipes were painted to color match the roof. It was just an amazing experience!!! I am so pleased with my new roof and will not hesitate to recommend Ed Hill and Masters Roofing to anyone. Thank you again Ed Hill and Masters Roofing. Excellent job!!!!
Ed Hill and Master's Roofing is the perfect combo. Ed is a sales and customer service maven. He was pleasant, patient, thorough, and responsive. We needed trim repair/painting and a new roof, and we got it all at a very reasonable price for the trim work, and we were also pleased to get a full roof replacement covered by insurance. To this last point, Ed and team provided some critical consult and evidence to help assure the best result with our insurance claim.
