This was the best moving experience we’ve ever had (and we’ve moved a lot)! Nash and Simon were both very punctual, efficient, professional and considerate with their job and made this usually stressful process, reassuring and carefree. They took excellent care of our items with no incidents or breaks which was amazing. Between the two of them, they moved several large heavy items up and down stairs and got in and out so efficiently. They were also very friendly and super helpful throughout the day. I highly recommend them both and this company for a stress free move! Thank you so much Nash and Simon!!

I’ve moved house several times, and this company is hands down the best in Australia. The team is incredibly professional, extremely thorough, and genuinely dedicated and polite. Everything was handled with care and precision, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The office staff were just as amazing — super professional and incredibly organised, making the entire move smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. The teamwork between the office and the on-site crew was outstanding from start to finish. I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them over any major Tier-1 company. Writing this review to give the highest and most sincere praise possible to Rivan and Sam from Mates Group Removals. We were very anxious about where or not we would fit everything from our 2 bedroom apartment in, their organisational ability made it a total relief. We were very happy with the service and would recommend it to any friends moving from Sydney to the Central West. Honest and dutiful operators, very appreciative.

Amazing effort from David and Arum moving a huge household of items interstate. They were punctual and worked very efficiently. They respected our belongings and took care of all our items. We were so grateful for their help and they were very professional.
