Nothing felt like a dumb question and she took her time to explain things as thoroughly as we needed (we are new to CA and this was our first home purchase as a married couple!) Maureen worked with us both equally and was a top notch communicator. She made extra sure that we were getting the best rates and that our short timeline was met. We really feel like she went above and beyond!!! Not only did she make sure we got the most optimal deal, she also got super creative on ways that we could use 100% of our seller credits - which proved to be pretty tricky, but she got it DONE!
