After having been ripped off by another web developer in the past, trusting another one was a challenge. But Karen at Maven Design Studio is totally terrific. We use Maven Design Studio for our website maintenance and ongoing design work. Karen Dunne is one of the best web developers I've worked with and provides proactive personal service. Our last major website improvement involved the creation and implementation of a content construction application to streamline the process by which content is uploaded to the site and then edited on-going. Karen carefully assessed our needs, answered our numerous questions, and worked with us to craft the application down to the last detail. The final project was delivered on time and on budget and has greatly streamlined our content upload and management process.
