Had a great experience getting my car fixed. They were easy to talk to, explained what was going on without any pressure, and got the job done quickly. Everything runs great now and the price was fair. The mechanics KC & Eric were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. Definitely someone I’d trust again and recommend to others.

Christiana and Sonny were extremely helpful when I got a flat tire, after having 2 new tires installed at another Mavis located out of state. They were patient, called the other store, got my parts fast, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I wish I could find customer service like this everywhere I go. I’ll definitely be back for service in the future.
