I've done business here several times and every time has been a great experience. Today, I had an alignment and 3 tires fixed. Jonathan knew exactly what he was doing and did a professional job! Him and Alex were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend doing business here!

Wow stopped with what turned out to be a minor brake emergency at 4pm. The very awesome people over here had me in and out! They didn’t overcharge me, they were unbelievably helpful and polite. Will absolutely come back again.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tire & Brake Services in Lubbock. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me. My service was done quickly, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It’s hard to find honest and efficient auto service, but this location definitely delivers. I’ll be coming back and highly recommend

Mavis is a place where you can expect quality service and quality people. Every time I visit, I’m greeted by friendly employees who genuinely enjoy their work. The waiting area is always spotless, featuring comfortable chairs, coffee for patrons, outlets to charge your devices, and large windows that offer a clear view of the vehicles they’re working on. This establishment embodies a clean, professional, and friendly atmosphere, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.They even allowed my vicious pooch to hang out with me. Thanks guys, it’s always a pleasure.
