I purchased a set of new tires at this location. Unfortunately minor cosmetic damage occurred to the vehicle. Omar, the store manager and Mike the regional manager went the distance to rectify this problem and I was impressed with Omar's customer service skills being that he is a fairly new manager at this location. The vehicle is a classic car and very few of them are on the road still. They ensured to take care of the damage at an independent shop of my choice and I truly appreciated that. Going the length for your customers is worth more than a discount on a tire. I can recommend Mavis to anyone. Mistakes happen, but it's the way the situation is handled that sets you apart from competitors and gains a competitive edge. Thank-you Omar and Mike.

The team at Mavis Tires & Brakes does a great job every time. I purchase trailer tires for our dump trailers and tires for our trucks. Great quality, great price, customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend if you’re local and in need of great service!

Mavis always does a good job with my jeep. 4 years or so ago they put on my first set of Ironmans with no issue. I purchased 35 inch nitto ridge grapplers through Walmart and they would not mount and balance them for me. I drove into Mavis about 8:10 on a Friday and they had me done and aligned by 2pm.
