Jori and her entire staff were great to work with. My pre-qual letter was done quickly, and they kept my RE Agent in the loop at all times. Estimated closing costs was provided quickly each time I made an offer or if title had any cost changes. Any emails requiring my attention was followed up with a call to me. The coordination of documents between Jori and the title company was efficient, funded and closed as scheduled.
