Johny was amazing in fixing our AC unit on the spot. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. He was so thoughtful and knowledgeable about his work he explained everything to us so well. We are now going to get 2 new units installed and we wouldn’t go anywhere else as their service was fabulous. Thank you Johny!

I recently replaced my old ducted air conditioner with the help of Arran from Maxim Air, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Arran and his team were fantastic super efficient, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. Their pricing was fair, the quality of their work was excellent, and Arran also took the time to give me helpful tips on how to maintain the outdoor unit. What I really appreciate is that Maxim Air uses their own team instead of subcontractors it gives me peace of mind knowing I can always reach out to Arran directly in the future without dealing with any unnecessary pricing or warranty issues. Highly recommend Maxim Air and Arran to anyone looking for a reliable and professional air conditioning team!

Reliable and competitively priced. Options were provided (ones that we hadn’t thought of) and quotes provided allowing us to make an informed decision. Quotes were detailed and clearly marked the models of all machines, making it easy to do comparisons. The fact they also provided information on rebates meant we could upgrade our final choice. We had a premium new ducted system and split system installed for only a tiny increase in price from basic models. The team arrived as communicated and were efficient and effective in the installation. They answered all our questions, explained how to use the systems and even cleaned up after themselves. Our experience was very positive from start to finish. A very professional approach with respect shown for our home. Very happy with the service and product.

I recently had an excellent experience with Maxim Air Conditioning, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the beginning, Arran was incredibly helpful and prompt in all our communications. Unlike some other installers in the area, which were not interested in installing sophisticated systems or had unreasonable prices, Arran provided valuable advice on the best system and accessories tailored exactly to my needs. This included an 8-zone system with temperature sensors and a third-party controller, AirTouch 5. On the installation day, Matt and his team were exceptional. Their work was of the highest standard, and they demonstrated great ethics. They took the time to answer all my questions and ensured they cleaned up spotless after their work. A bypass was also installed to increase the efficiency of the air conditioning system, and I was impressed by their attention to detail. Overall, I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for an aircon installer especially for a sophisticated residential ducted systems. Their service was top-notch, and I'm extremely satisfied with the entire experience. #Daikin #AirTouch5
