What a terrible place to work with , they take forever to answer the phone for refills and then just apologize as if I care about your sympathy I only care about results. When it comes to any kind of prescription product your license and professionalism need to reflect . I will be reporting you guys to the AG of Texas and the medical board Thanks for wasting my time and money

I had an excellent experience! The service and consultation were truly outstanding from start to finish. One of the staff members her name was Donnita she was very friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I had everything I needed. Their professionalism combined with their warm, welcoming attitude made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. I highly recommend them!

My name is John Freel, Valerie’s husband. I’ve heard of Maxim Hair Restoration through the years and knew they had great reviews, so they were my 1st choice. I’ve had a hair transplant before and the previous Doctor was good and everything went fine, so I knew what to expect. I know a few friends that were interested but always backed out worrying if it hurt or would the doctor not do a good job . It’s a big step for most people but I will tell you. Dr. Thiele was the best here at Maxim. His assistant , Donnita, who will give you the consultation, was a sweetheart and gets right to the point of understanding what will happen and the cost. You can choose the amount of hair grafts that fit your budget too. I liked that very much! Dr. Thiele is super thorough about keeping you comfortable and explaining every detail that my last doctor left out. Do not worry about pain!!! It’s painless! . The whole procedure from start to finish. I’ve had two now. Rest assured guys it’s painless and quick! His assistants that help him with the hair grafts, are kind and everyone works together to keep you feeling relaxed and confident.. The whole procedure was 8 hours and that may seem scary and long, it isn’t!!! They give you your pain medication and mild Valium to get you ready. From experience, my last doctor’s procedure, was only 4 hours because I had a smaller amount of grafts put in . I thought it was only 1 hour when my wife had said no it was 4. Same for Dr Thiele. 8 hours only seemed like 1 hour and I had more grafts this round. That’s the part you will love . I was so relaxed that I’m sure I may have slept through most of it! Again it’s painless. That’s even the best part however, you may feel a small amount of tightness on your skin that’s it! Do it!! I’m pleased with the outcome and Dr. Theile did a hell of a job plus, he has a great bedside manner.

Maxim hair restoration was a life changer when it came to getting my hair and confidence back. Now I can walk around without being self conscious and wearing my hat all the time. Great experience, I would recommend Maxim to anybody who wants there hair back!!!

After a lot of research, I decided to get a second hair transplant at MAXIM Hair Restoration. It was a five-hour drive for me, and like with any medical procedure, there's always a bit of uncertainty. You don’t really know what you’re walking into until you meet the doctor, nurses, and staff. But from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, every single person I interacted with made me feel comfortable, supported, and completely at ease. Having had a previous transplant elsewhere, I can honestly say the experience at MAXIM was on a whole different level. Donnita, the office manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to my appointment. She answered all of my questions and ensured I was fully prepared before I even walked in the door. Dr. Thiele was fantastic. He took his time to sit down with me, map out the hairline, and make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He emphasized that it was my decision and he wanted me to feel confident about the final look. His patience and attention to detail were impressive, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting it right. The procedure itself lasted about eight hours, but the entire team made it feel easy. Everyone was focused on my comfort with no rushing and no stress. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and felt completely included and in control. Pain was basically nonexistent, and their bedside manner made all the difference. What really stood out was the follow-up. Dr. Thiele personally called me the next day, on a Saturday during his own weekend, to check in and gave me his direct number in case I had any concerns. That level of care is rare. The team at MAXIM in Dallas truly goes above and beyond. Their pricing is fair, their professionalism is top-notch, and I can already tell the results are going to be fantastic. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know who’s considering a hair transplant, and if I ever need another one, this is the only place I’d go. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to make every customer happy, but these people nailed it. Thank you all so much. I can't wait to see you again at my nine-month follow-up and watch the progress unfold.
