WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Communication is horrible! I feel as though they rushed my motion and did not include anything I asked them to. They responded to the DA without speaking to me. Motion was eventually denied and i can understand why. Horrible representation on my behalf. I would recommend them to anyone. I’ve set up several conference calls during the experience and they barely held up their end. Initially I believed Attorney Maxwell would work great on my behalf but over time , I felt neglected and I felt like he didn’t research my case like he claimed to. The receptionist staff is also rude! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM! Waste of money!

Attorney Kristen Gochett is who handled my case. She is amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional, informative, easy to talk to and genuinely cared about my situation.
