I worked for a company that had their website developed (disclosed) by Mayaco. At first the team was very responsive and helpful when it came to the quotes and developing the website (of course because they wanted the money). I noticed that after the entire process was complete (outline, development and launch), Steve and his team would be slowly fading away and unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Every change on their website required some sort of cost as on our end, we were very limited besides text and pictures that we can add to the website. We found out the software they use called DNN (Dot Net Nuke) is for enterprises and it is set up so basically you would a developer to make any changes (small or big) besides just text and pictures. When we needed help and wanted to add a page or 2, they would not respond for weeks or months to our emails. I would HIGHLY suggest all agencies and businesses to stay as far away from Steve and MAYACO as possible. Definitely not worth the thousands of dollars spent to develop the website. If I could give 0 stars I would. Such a joke of a company
