I have recently had a long term engine management issue rectified by Adam and his colleagues at MB Jarvie after several failed attempts by other garages. From the outset MB Jarvie were exceptional with a great booking system. Adam took the time to telephone me to query some of my issues and advised me of the proposals for repair. His competence was apparent and I knew I had found the right people for the job. The final invoice was clear and well detailed Collection of the car, an Audi A3, was smooth with keys accessible in a locked safe. I can honestly say that I have never been more content with a repair on my car and would have no hesitation in recommending MB Jarvie. Thanks to Adam and his team

I had been struggling with a steering issue for a long time. I went to Kwik Fit, Halfords, and even a few local workshops, but the problem was never actually solved. Every place just guessed the issue instead of properly diagnosing it. I was honestly tired and frustrated. Then I found MB Jarvie - and what a difference! From the very start, they proved how professional they are. Before even taking the car in, they sent me a detailed online form to fill out where I could explain the history and symptoms properly. A day before the appointment they reminded me again, which was very helpful. On the day, everything was smooth and clearly communicated. They even emailed me the estimated completion time, and what I loved most was the flexibility, I could pick up my car after working hours! They gave me access to a secure locker where my car keys would be placed if I came after they closed. Super convenient! Payment was easy too, they sent online payment links, so no hassle at all. But the real highlight is the quality of their work. They actually diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed what no one else could. My car drives perfectly now. The alignment report was very detailed and the whole process felt transparent and trustworthy. MB Jarvie are true professionals. If you have a Mercedes and want the job done properly, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Took my Skoda Kodiaq in for a subframe and wheel alignment, and the whole experience was faultless. From checking in the car to paying online, everything was really straightforward and professional. Adam was great — very honest and explained that the subframe didn’t actually need adjusting, only the wheels did. It’s rare to find that level of honesty these days! The car now drives perfectly straight, and I’m really happy with the result. Would definitely recommend M.B. Jarvie to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled garage.

I used MB Jarvie as my wife's car had undergone extensive rear suspension work. I had them do 4 wheel alignment and wheel balancing which was carried out quickly. The difference in the car was amazing. They even highlighted that the car had a buckled alloy which other garages had failed to identify. I have no reservations in highly recommending MB Jarvie and I will certainly use their services again.

Delighted with the service I received from Adam and all the team. The processes set up within this business are very impressive - everything runs like clockwork from start to finish.
