Tonight, my wife and I went to McAlister’s and Kyle took great care of us! Our food was perfect, the restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back! Thank You Kyle!

I've been going to this McAllister for 2 years every week. Usually a few times a week since I worked next door. So believe me when I say that this restaurant is full of sweet, caring people making tasty food. I cannot overstate how much I recommend going here if you're looking for a good lunch spot. The sweet tea is always on point.

The state of the restaurant isn't in good shape. It was just myself, so I wanted to find a smaller table. They were all dirty. I thought I sat a clean table, but my arms leaning quickly discovered it was sticky. The crumbs from the previous guest outlined the napkin dispenser. Looking around waiting for food, I noticed multiple tables all around that were just dirty. 3 FOH, that I can see, and they're more interested in personal discussion rather than keeping the dining area cleaned. They were quick to greet. Gentleman gladly explained what was on my item. Just a very dirty dining area that made it uncomfortable. The skin on the potato that I ordered was really crispy and dry. I thought I was ordering a large potato, but it was 2 smaller halfs that I couldn't eat down all the way because of the hardness.

I had the McAlister's Club as is with potato salad. It was really good. Not too cold. I really don't care for a cold sandwich. I went during lunchtime so there was a line. Cashier was really nice and seems to like her job.

I love this store and I want to give a shout out to Ky. I went in today with questions regarding a sandwich on the menu, well, missing from the menu that happens to be a favorite and wasn't showing up in the app. She was able to make that sandwich happen for me, she is a great communicator, knows the menu, kind and helpful. Great customer service!
