I wish Wayne offered more services than just insurance because he is so easy to work with. He's handled my various insurance policies (home, rental property, business) since 2014. Wayne went above and beyond to help with my auto insurance and then when I reached back out for renters insurance, he was out of the office but still went out of his way to make it happen for me in a very timely manner which was much appreciated! Wayne went above and beyond to help us find the right coverage. Shopping for insurance alone was beyond stressful, and our call with Wayne was the first time in this whole process that we felt at ease. He was easy to communicate with, incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable.
Extremely helpful with getting our new car insured asap. All the big insurance companies took our info and said come back in two weeks. Wayne was friendly and a pleasure to work with, and managed to get us insured the same day (although he was honest and mentioned that doesn’t always happen). Comfortable knowing we got a decent deal given the current auto insurance market, and if we ever have any questions would be more than happy to hop on the phone with Wayne again. 10/10 service, thanks a ton!
