Mike came to our home to diagnose a 220 volt outlet that was not working. The job required going into the main service panel, junction boxes, and a long wire run in our attic. He provided a couple of good solutions to our problem and let us choose which one based on the cost of the job. Mike is customer service oriented -- that is becoming rare these days. I have used McDonald's electric since the 1970's. This company solved all my problems then and continue to do excellent work today. Mike is prompt, courteous and fair. My latest problem was caused by another electrician in an older house. Mike took the time to properly diagnose the problem, then fixed the problem. The work took a lot of time and effort on Mike's part. He made repairs efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I have called Mike back for new construction I have done and he always shows up on time with all the necessary things to do the job. There are lots of electricians you can call, however, McDonald's electric is the only one that is always on time, completes the job, is courteous, and takes the time to explain not only the problem but also the solution. I also like that Mike uses quality parts in all his work. Quality usually costs more, for Mike it is simply how he does business. I have been using this company since the 1970's and continue to get fast, fair, courteous service to this day.
