Brandalyn was one of a few recommended planners suggested in the welcome booklet from our venue. She was the first one I interviewed, and after that single conversation I was sold. And she really lived up to the expectation! We had a "shorter" timeline from engagement to wedding, and I hired Brandalyn at about 6 months out from our wedding day. In those 6 months she took care of absolutely everything. Design, rentals, coordination with other vendors, vendor recommendations, communication with the venue, scheduling of hair and makeup, day of timelines: she did it all. She kept great contact throughout our planning process and always made sure to keep me in the loop. I had a clear vision of our day and she ensured it was executed perfectly! It was everything I wanted and more. Her communication was wonderful, offering text, call or in person meetings whenever needed! She made the day of a dream. She was calm and prepared. She made all the day's events run seamlessly. I can honestly say I had zero wedding day stress, all thanks to Brandalyn. We were in need of a wedding day coordinator about 7 months before my daughter's wedding, after our venue had trouble finding one as part of our package. I reached out to Brandalyn and she graciously agreed to be our coordinator. She was such a fabulous find! She was happy to answer questions along the way, helping to guide us (even though her role didn't actually kick in till the month prior). We met to review all the details and she put together a great timeline and finalized details with our vendors. She completely took over in the day of the wedding and I didn't have to lift a finger or do anything but enjoy all the festivities we planned! She is so nice and great to work with, patient and calm and a true professional!

Dear Brandalyn When we first started planning this wedding it was really hard for me to picture myself as a bride. I always thought the big white dress was tacky and since my dad has had so many marriages I also questioned the entire process and its validity. But I waited a very long time and found a very special love that made me think if I didn’t have a wedding with the tacky dress and the big show that I may regret it later in life. So, we planned a wedding. And thanks to you I actually became that bride that I never thought I would be. I grew my hair long and got my nails done and found a dress that was way more beautiful than it was tacky and I felt like a real life princess. Because of your skills as a planner and an artist this wedding looked incredible and was so easy to be the bride of. What was overwhelming found its place, what felt messy cleaned itself up and what I was worried about didn’t even exist. The most important and special thing you did was make this feel like my wedding and not my family’s wedding, and that’s hard with a family who has so many voices. When I walked into the reception room and ceremony it felt like me. Everything we ever talked about (even details I would have never thought of without you) came to life in amazing and beautiful fashion and it felt like I barely did anything except answer your questions. It was always so scary to have a wedding but because you were on my team it was the best day of my life. I just want you to thank you for everything you did, all the extra hours and late nights you put in and for balancing all of these different vendors and their personalities so that we could have an incredible wedding! You seriously helped make a dream come true for both of us and you are truly the best at what you do!!! We had a friend recommend Brandalyn to us. She helped them with their wedding and they had nothing but good things to say about her…and now we know why! Brandalyn made the whole wedding planning process so much easier to digest for us! We had absolutely no idea what we were doing and almost zero vision for what we wanted. We gave her “Miami Dolphins but make it autumn” for our theme and somehow she made it work! She was so helpful with vendor recommendations and was there to answer any dumb question we had leading up to the big day. She seamlessly kept us and all our venders up to date and on the same page. Brandalyn really shined on the actually wedding day. She was so calm and organized. I didn’t have to worry about anything! She even went above and beyond by gracefully helping with the inevitable wedding day family drama. And she even helped me with a broken button on my dress so I could get back out on the dance floor.
