Grooming itself looked fine, but the nail trim was concerning. The groomer cut one front nail too short and it bled, so they stopped trimming the rest. One of the back nails was also cut too deep and bled later. I specifically requested someone experienced and this is not what I expect from a professional service. Won’t return for grooming. Edit: Thanks for responding. To clarify, this was not a delayed friction bleed, the nail was cut into the quick and bled immediately during grooming, and another bled later that night. This wasn’t the first time this happened at this location, which is exactly why I requested an experienced groomer. Glad others had better experiences, but based on mine I won’t return for grooming.
