Sayam helped us out in a rush situation. We texted him on a Sunday morning between Christmas and new years and he was fast to respond and was able to see us that same morning and solved the problem that day. Went out of his way to get the part in Guelph. He charged a very reasonable price. We appreciated his service very much.

Over the years, I have owned many different cars and dealt with countless mechanics, including dealership service centres, and I can say with absolute confidence that Ali and Sam are the best I have ever worked with. They are honest, straightforward, and truly look out for their clients. They always recommend solutions that make financial sense without ever compromising safety. The speed and quality of their work is incredible and you are genuinely left wondering how they get things done so efficiently. What stands out the most is who they are as people. They are easy to talk to, they never try to upsell or play games, and they always give you an honest and professional assessment. After they helped me with my Audi Q5, I decided that I will be bringing all my cars to them going forward. If I could leave 20 reviews without getting flagged for spam, I would. That is how good they are. Hands down the best shop around! Highly recommend!

I was unable to find after hours service. Appreciated the late hours and the quick response for service. They took great care of my car and received it back in perfect condition. Very polite positive staff. Even offered to source out parts and tires in order to minimize the cost without affecting the quality of repairs. Top-notch

I originally called this mechanic-on-call in Kitchener to change my wheel bearing because I wanted to support a local business and save a bit compared to the dealership. A few months later, I started feeling like the tire was slipping slightly when rotating the steering fully, so I reached out to him. To my surprise, he took full responsibility right away. He asked me to bring the car to his shop, checked everything thoroughly, and made sure the issue was sorted out. He didn’t argue, didn’t ignore me, and didn’t push any extra charges — just honest service and proper follow-up. I really appreciate that kind of accountability. It shows he stands behind his work and actually cares about customer safety. With this level of service, I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy mobile mechanic support.
