Been using them for a year. Great service, always on time and reliable. I appreciate how they take the time to explain what they are doing and show me pictures of the units and what they are seeing. Highly recommend the routine care especially with the dust storms we have!

5 🌟 definitely, everyone was extremely nice from the initial estimate to installation and the end of the Job, very professional installation replacing old furnace to new one and installation of the refrigerated air. Very pleased and grateful on having them. definitely highly recommended 👌 thank you guys !

The wait time from when the Rep inspected the water heater and the techs to arrive was a bit long. However, the Rep was very professional and the techs were fast and efficient. The Techs were fast as in "slow.is smooth, smooth as fast". They work quick enough to get the job done in under two hour, but not quick enough for mistakes. The Techs replaced the water heater, the tray underneath, and even lined the flooring area with a metal liner too. Duct work was replaced. And tested the system for any leaks, again all under two hours. For me, I feel they are a little pricey. But, I am not an expert and I did some research before this job. The price they quoted was on par with the market. I recommend this company for sure, no doubt.

Many thanks to the technician, supervisor, and office staff of Mechanical Technologies for their curtesy, efficiency, and professionalism. The estimate/install request was responded within 2 days, the estimate was scheduled right away, and was completed within 2 days. The install was scheduled and finished within a week, which was much sooner than expected. The supervisor to estimate explained and answered all the questions patiently and professionally. The technician is polite, patient, knowledgeable and skillful, and worked extra hard to get the job completed. It is a beautiful job done! I have always had good experiences with Lowe’s contractors. Thanks to Lowe’s as well. Thank you all again.

A team of two Technicians was sent to my home on the 28th of May 2025. They arrived promptly and were polite and courteous. They did their job proficiently and they were knowledgeable in their skill. A 3rd Technician showed up and a little later on he detected gas leaking from the gas meter which prompted me to call the gas co. They in turn fixed the leaks from the meter but detected a leak underground, which is being fixed. The electrician came later and did the final hook up and I am now the owner of refrigerated air in my home. So, congratulations to me! Thank you to all who participated in this success story.
