Mediashaker, a Canadian company, was up to the task with a refreshing new approach to membership and database management and other requirements unique to genealogy societies. Good initial communications laid out a solid framework for transition and helped to set expectations. Since going live on the new site, they have been quick to address outstanding issues. Their very professional and personable staff have given us confidence that this new website will give us the stability and flexibility we were looking for and will stand the test of time.
