First time I went there the other day and I absolutely will be returning! Coffee was incredibly special. Perfect roast! Best coffee I’ve had in San Antonio! And I am a huge Starbucks patriot! I absolutely will be lreturning to Medina river coffee company! I believe that they are a huge step above the competition ….friendly, welcoming, quality, taste, and environment! My husband is not a social body and he was comfortable there! I brought my two year-old granddaughter and she enjoyed a sausage cheese kolache!!! I may not be the best at leaving reviews as I am not a pro and this is not my forte. But trust me, you will enjoy this coffee shop!!!

My sister and I love going to Medina River coffee. Since the first day we stopped in to get our coffee fix they’ve been super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend going in and trying one of their ever changing flights. They change them with holidays or whatever is trending, like stranger things.

Medina River has both the standard coffee and latte selection, as well as a rotating selection of (single or flight) unique lattes. Has friendly staff and a responsible amount of staying. Delicious food like jalapeño kolaches and home-made carrot cake muffins (pictured). While it roasts it's own coffee beans, it serves a different role (and has different selection) in the local community from What's Brewing. I highly recommend this location above many other coffee establishments in San Antonio, Texas

My heart is so happy every time I have a coffee from Medina River. After an exhausting week I decided to treat myself and happened to be down the street from the shop. I called and shared I was on the way, they were kindly willing to prep my favorite iced Coco Ro Dachio! I went in and met Jojo and Autumn at pick up and can’t share enough how lovely the staff is and the ingredients and quality of coffee here is deliciously superb! This spot is a must for coffee lovers!

Visited this place on a Saturday afternoon. There was only one other customer inside when we arrived but during the time we were there which was about an hour people were coming and going. It is a small business in a small shopping center and you have to be looking for it. The business is definitely community oriented. Inside is small although there is seating for inside and outside service. The help was friendly and we noticed them constantly cleaning. The unisex bathroom was okay. The business offers a variety of drinks and food and pastries including kolaches, baked goods, avocado on toast, and some non-caffeinated coffee, lemonade and ice cream. The prices are very reasonable. Our two Americano espressos coffees came to $7.50 total. There is seating against the window looking out across the small parking lot and with a great view of airplanes arriving in San Antonio. It's a nice place to visit if you're looking for some quiet time, quiet thoughts or to spend some quiet time with that special person.
