Here’s my review after an initial introductory class…..in the style of my favourite author. The room was high and bare. Wood underfoot, walls pale and quiet. Coz sat low, watching, answering the questions that came. The people sat in a circle. They spoke in low tones. They listened to one another. They reflected. Words moved slow and settled, then gave way to silence. The meditation came. Time stretched. Heart and breath marked it. It was good. I would go again.
I have been attending Coz’s weekly class for about 6 months now. I can’t believe how much it has helped me. I’ve struggled with anxiety for a while and by doing these classes I have learnt skills to bring some calmness into my life! Coz is kind and approachable, and makes everyone feel at ease. I have been going to the meditation group since it started in 2023 at the redditch venue . My sleeping has improved immensely through working on my breathing techniques and meditation . I have learnt to completely relax my body when needed to . Manifestation is a daily occurrence now and I thoroughly believe in this . Coz is just the most beautiful person you could ever meet , she makes you feel so welcome and comfortable at all times.
I started meditation at a point of my life where my sleep was terrible, had low self esteem and felt depressed. I wanted change and my friend told me all about meditation with Coz and how much it had helped her. I was initially sceptical but over the weeks I had slowly been able to sleep better and learnt techniques that could help me cope and combat the hardships of life. The techniques learnt from Coz will be utilised throughout my life and i’m so amazed how huge an impact the weekly sessions had. Talking and listening to such a kind and beautiful soul has helped me develop and change; the lessons learnt will be stepping stones for me as I become the person I desire.
