I rent a car through Lyft services. I brought that car here for a wheel alignment and brake check. My appointment was for 2pm I brought the car at 1pm. When I arrived I politely asked two team members was it ok if I dropped my car off early. They politely said yes. I proceeded to let the staff know that this was a Lyft rental and asked if they were familiar with the process. I then proceeded to ask if they thought that I’d get my car back today. They informed me that it’ll most likely be tomorrow because they have to wait on Lyfts approval and so on. They were very familiar with the process and answered my questions respectfully and I was very appreciative. I then proceeded to leave the vehicle and uber home. Fast Forward- after two hours of my car being at the location I received a call from (205) area code, luckily I picked up the call. The guy calls to inform me that they no longer accept Lyft vehicles because the invoice is paid 6-7 months after the work is done, which is understandable. This frustrated me because I informed their staff upon arrival of this matter. I let the gentleman on the phone know that this is very inconveniencing for me being that I asked particular questions upon arrival and now I have to pay for several Ubers. I asked that they do better with training their staff. He then proceeded to get frustrated and talk to me “smart”. I will say that when I went into the establishment that it felt welcoming and they seemed to be on point, but this was a very lackluster experience. I won’t return to this establishment. I know some of you may never run into this issue because most likely you’ll be getting “your vehicle” serviced, but this is my experience and it is very INCONVENIENCING.

Love the staff. They are friendly, explain things thoroughly, and seem to enjoy sharing knowledge. I also loved that they didn't try to upsell me on a lot of additional repairs. They fixed what I brought it in for. They mentioned some things that could be addressed in the future, but acknowledged that nothing was critical and it could wait until I bring it in for a larger problem in the future, if I cared to address them.

The quality of customer service and level of knowledge this team has is unmatched. I understand that Meineke will probably be a little more expensive than mom and pop shops, but this franchise IS family owned and has that feel. The mechanics take time to explain the work in detail AND they have always worked to find me a deal on parts. Especially if you have a Honda, or an older model car (I drive a 2002), GO TO THEM!

Had compressor and condenser replaced. Had an issue, came back and they covered it under their warranty. Every time I went, my tires were refilled on air, I never even asked for that but they did it anyway. Customer service was great, everyone is super nice, helpful, and competent. My gut says it is probably not the cheapest place to get certain things done since they have greater overhead from franchising and corporate admin systems but their prices are reasonable and I think it is easily worth it for the quality customer service and efficient and excellent work.

I have video evidence of the owner, —according to the guy, cursing me out and threatening to put his hands on me. I have it recorded. The phone was in my pocket recording the encounter. Now to the encounter: The guy who says he’s the owner was upset with me because I wanted to use some of my Meineke reward points on my wheel alignment. For clarification purposes, I have thousands of Meineke rewards points and I have spent over 15K at Meinke over the last couple of years. I wanted to redeem a few hundred points for the alignment or tire balance, which the customer had the right to do, according to the Meineke website. I never said one disrespectful remark to the guy nor did I show and signs of frustration and I never raised my voice. All of a sudden, he starts slamming his hands down very hard and in aggressive manner on the counter, and cursing me out. Then threatening to put his hands on me. I responded to the threat by saying, “you just threatened my, I’m going to now leave.” He then comes outside and throws my keys in my direction. I called then police, who didn’t do anything. At this point I would like to release the video on social media. It was a sickening experience for me. Even an employee told me that he treats many customers like that. I will say, that I’ve had great experiences at other Meineke’s. But please consider this review before supporting that business.
