Hired the bungee run. Not so good this time. Had hired the bungee run in past years for NYE celebrations with satisfaction. This year this one bungee run needs servicing. It did not come with the velcro token bean bags. The elastics were overstretched and needed changing. The velcro waist straps were not sticking and did not hold people.

Absolutely amazing jumping castle!! Got a Medium one for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and it was definitely big enough, the kids had a ball. Was reasonable priced and affordable. The step up and collection was super easy and fast Highly recommend Melbourne Castle Hire for kids party’s!!! The guy that also did the drop off and collection was super nice and made it a breeze.

Melbourne Castle Hire were amazing to deal with. They were extremely professional and responded very quickly to my enquiry when looking for a Jumping Castle for my sons birthday. They came and set up the castle and packed it down without any assistance, and were fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend anyone looking to hire a jumping castle to use these guys.

These guys were awesome to deal with. Cindy was great on the phone, nothing was too hard for her to help me sort out. Really well priced too! We had a festival with 800 people and everything was just fantastic. Matt was great with his communication regarding drop off and pick up, was easy going and polite. Can’t fault this company, can’t wait to use them again.
