We bought two beautiful Monstera plants and had a great experience. When we were choosing plants, Burnuna (hope I got the name right) kindly helped us by bringing a small tray so it was easier to carry multiple plants. At checkout, she was very patient and took the time to explain how to care for the plants, including watering and general maintenance. Her plant knowledge was impressive and very easy to understand. Thanks to her help and advice, we found plants we truly love. Highly recommend this place!

I want to let everybody know that Melbourne Indoor Plants ( South Melbourne store) and their workers were amazing, so helpful and efficient. I purchased 2 large pots a couple months ago just prior to leaving for a long trip. These pots were still wrapped in bubble wrap and had not been inspected. Yesterday l unwrapped the pots to discover one of them had transport damage. A phone call and email to Rhiannon and the pot was replaced without hesitation. Fantastic service and so nice to find a company who put their customers first. Well done Melbourne Indoor Plants
