From the very beginning of the search process for party hire, Party Hire Group have impressed me and it didn’t stop there. The website was easy to navigate and catalogue of equipment to hire is exceptional and covered all our needs. Booking process was followed up with an email and confirmation process with payment done the Monday before our weekend party. I received a text the day before advising what time delivery would be and the drivers arrived on time and took the time to show me what I had to connect and set up on the lighting and outdoor heater. Cannot fault the team at all. Conducted an event in Melbourne, but planned from Sydney ahead of time. On the day we were faced with tight delivery and pick up windows and the team were so accommodating especially Chris and Cal. Upon arrival Chris and Cal did all they could to facilitate the transfer of equipment in the tightest of alleyways. Cool as cucumbers and delivered in a professional timely manner.
