We have used Partystar across our venues in Richmond for over 10 years. They are the only function listing site we choose to use on an ongoing basis given the success and quality of the leads we receive. The conversion rates are great and we often confirm most of the enquiries who get in touch with us. Julie is a delight to deal with and we couldn’t be happier!

Julie was great, she followed up with me to see if the party venue had been in contact with me within the required time frame and when they hadn’t she continued to follow them up for me until they did. Saved me a lot of time and trouble. Would definitely recommend Party Star to help you with your next function.

If you are looking for a venue for a special occasion, Partystar is definitely the place to help you find it based on your budget, needs and wants. They take all the hassle out of doing all the work yourself. Julie is amazing and provides exceptional customer service. It's been a long time since I have received this sort of service. If you don't hear back from a venue, Julie is onto it and will continue to follow up in a very prompt, efficient and friendly manner. Highly recommend Partystar.

When looking at venues for my milestone birthday I discovered Partystar which was incredibly helpful for me to find a great & suitable venue within my budget. Most places got back to me within 8 hours and after having made a shortlist of three I inspected those. Thanks again heaps to you guys for helping me find a splendid venue which couldn’t have been any more perfect for my needs! Keep up the good work ☀️☺️

So far so good. It took the venue more than the 4 days stipulated for them to respond to my request. I had to nudge Partystar after 7 days, before I heard from them. But Partystar kept their promise, as soon as they were contacted I received a response straight away. They still have not confirmed what I asked for, but they are quick to get a deposit from me. Deposit was paid within the day, but venue is still delayed with my requests of drinks and menu list. Should be 3.5, but Partystar is not to blame. Maybe they need a review on some of their venues before placing on their site. Still looking forward to the function, though.
