By far my favorite store/brand! They have a fantastic customer service, lov it. And if you are lucky enough you will bump into Lance (rain or shine I’m one of his biggest fans) every one there is super friendly and helpful. Will Black does a great job running the shop

Came here to get the rear brakes adjusted on my son’s Woom 2 bike after my failed attempt to install the freewheel kit. In and out in minutes. Wonderful service!!! Security guy is top notch as well. Probably 6.5 40 yard dash speed. Caught up to me within seconds during my casual stroll back to my car.

I had an incredible experience at Mellow Johnny’s! This was my first bike fitting and honestly, my first real bike and Dan went above and beyond. I’m training for my first triathlon and he not only dialed in my fit perfectly, but also helped with my form, gave thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire process super comfortable and confidence-boosting. You can tell he genuinely cares and is incredibly knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10/10 recommend Dan and the team!

Had a Retül Fit done here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were friendly and professional, and the shop has a great atmosphere with everything well organized. Brant took time to understand my riding style and goals, then used the Retül system to make precise adjustments for comfort, efficiency, and control. I left with a bike that feels perfectly dialed in and new insights on how to improve my riding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a proper bike fit in Austin.

As a lifelong cycling enthusiast, visiting Lance Armstrong's Mellow Johnny Bike Shop was a bucket list item. Matthew was very friendly and answered questions readily. Jacob was very knowledgeable and friendly on all things Lance and cycling. Seeing all the Lance Armstrong memorabilia and extensive information that was prominently posted was a really cool treat for me. The only way the visit could have been cooler was if we could've met Lance. Still, it was a great experience.
