I've been looking for a decent deep tissue massage in San Diego that doesn't break the bank. I may have finally found my go-to spot at Mellow Massage. I booked an 80-minute deep tissue massage with Sara on a Sunday evening. The 80-minute deep tissue is $149 without the membership, but I regret not signing up for the membership before I went to my appointment! Sara was extremely effective in all of my knots and pressure points. Highly recommend!

I brought a couple of my favorite ladies with me for a massage as a Christmas present. We are not from the area, so I randomly picked Mellow Massage. I'm so glad I did!! We each enjoyed our experience. Upon entrance the vibe is calm and serene. The massage therapists were friendly and attentive to our needs. We all walked away feeling refreshed and relaxed! If I lived in the area, I would most definitely return!

I had a lymphatic drainage massage yesterday with Sally at Mellow Massage, and it was amazing! She was very professional, and kind. The massage itself was super relaxing and gentle and I could immediately feel the difference afterward — my circulation felt better, and the bloating I’d been dealing with went down noticeably later in the day. The space was peaceful and clean, and Sally made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and genuinely rejuvenated. Had a wonderful massage with Taylor at the PB location (though he also works downtown) this past weekend. I get massages at least monthly, and was really impressed with the quality and care Taylor provided as well as his knowledge of the human bod and the interconnectedness of issues I was experiencing. I am fairly picky but have only good things to say and will definitely be looking to book with Taylor again. I was looking for extra focus on legs, head and neck, with variability in pressure and he quite intuitively balanced that perfectly. I also normally get 90 min massages but only had 50 mins that day and he did a lot to help in a short amount of time. Definitely recommend Taylor and this Mellow location.
