It's been awhile since I've had Mellow Mushroom...still one of the best Cheese Pizzas I've ever had. My husband had already eaten and we were wandering around downtown trying to find a place to feed me on a Game Day. We were kinda late and seated right away. I was in a salad mood. That Side Salad was honestly one of the best I've had in town! Extra Olives (of course) and an incomparable Champagne Vinaigrette. I wouldn't shut up about it and finally forced my husband to try it, even he was like Why Is That So Good?! I needed a sammich and the Avocado Hoagie, add Olives (of course), totally hit the spot. Our server Berggren was great! My husband enjoyed a $3 glass of Guinness 😮. Food was delivered pretty quick. Afterwards we continued our downtown adventure... Delicious pizza! Dietary restrictions? No need to worry about that here! I had the Mighty Meaty, I can't have tomatoes so I substituted olive oil and garlic for red sauce. Delicious! My only complaint is the honey ham, way too sweet and didn't really blend well with the rest of the pizza. My wife had the Kosmic Karma with vegan cheese. She says it might be the best non-dairy cheese she's ever had. All around great food! The dining room was very busy when we arrived due to the state volleyball tournament. We were surrounded by large (8-12 people) groups so it was pretty loud and chaotic. The service was a little slower than I like, again I attribute that to the large groups. The place cleared out around the time our food arrived so it was a more peaceful while we ate. I will definitely come back and eat here again and will amend my review to reflect the service/atmosphere on a non event evening.

Was in town on business. Stopped here with my coworkers and we loved it . Service was great , our server made great suggestions, and the pizza was phenomenal! Thank you!

I was very disappointed with my recent takeout order from Mellow Mushroom. I ordered the Shiitake pizza, and it had only about 12–15 small pieces of mushrooms in total. Several slices were mostly just crust, with some having only one mushroom on them. I have had better Papa John's pizza's for a lot less.

My #1 of all pizza places I've ever been Ingredients are amazing, options are great and the wall art is really cool. Worth the price. This specific location is in a great part of the city, plenty to explore and do in the area
