The second you walk in, you feel the vibe - chill, elevated, and very on-brand for the city of sun and hustle. The owner? Total legend. Super down-to-earth, effortlessly cool, and you can just tell he knows what he's doing. It's rare to find a business owner who actually vibes with the clients, but this guy? He's got that whole cool business guy who still remembers your name energy. Respect. The place is spotless, the service is top-tier, and the tan? Chef’s kiss. if I could give it ZERO I would. I visited this place two days ago and had no issues — I paid and used the service without being asked for personal info. But today, a very rude and aggressive man was at the front. He asked for my last name in a disrespectful tone, and when I explained that no one asked me anything last time, he said, “Well, I can make new rules whenever I want.” I told him I preferred to be a walk-in and didn’t want to open an account. He replied rudely that walk-ins must pay cash. When I asked why this wasn’t mentioned before, he shouted that his employees don’t follow his rules. I was shocked by his behavior, took my ID, and left. If respectful customer service matters to you, I don’t recommend going there.
