My go-to watch repair shop! They are always available and work quick for the best price, maybe even for free on smaller fixes! Went in for a quick fix on my fossil watch.

I called to get a quote to refinish my Seiko watch, just the case. No bracelet. A gentleman said it’ll between $50 and $60. So I leave work on my lunch for a 25 minute ride there. A gentleman starts complimenting the watch. Normal watch guy talk. Passes it to another one who asks if I wanna sell it. Then says he can do it refinish the case for $125. I tell him I was told $50 to 60. He starts making up some excuse about how complicated it is to brush this watch. Then says he can do it for $90 at the lowest. So shameful to try to squeeze new customers for every penny after saying it was $50 to $60. This is a super simple diver watch design that requires zero polishing, just brushing. It doesn’t even have polished edges. As easy as it gets.

I visited this shop in September 16, 2025 for a repair on my Seiko watch. At first, I had great expectations because of the reviews on Google. I must say, I went for about a month with no follow-up and no update on my watch. I decide to call in and ask and I simply mentioned I had been waiting for over a month and the instant answer I got back was an aggressive "You can pick it up". So they hadn't been able to find the piece that they needed and I kept being patient because I had no urgent need for the watch. I get a call at the completion of the 2 months that they couldn't find it. When I go to pick it up today and I receive my watch back, the entire band of the watch is scratched everywhere, very badly, when I dropped off this watch, it had some scratches but nothing compared to what I received back also had missing links and pieces I had brought in. I refuse to have any confrontation in person, most specifically over a watch. I have seen them reply in these reviews and giving an entire explanation, let me tell you, no explanation will ever be sufficient for taking someone's watch and promising a service and returning it in the conditions I found my watch. It doesn't even fit me because there are missing links and super scratched. I am sure others have had other experiences but either the person that attended my watch completely mishandled it or they replaced my band and used pieces for a different watch. Very disappointed.

Found this shop on Google. The reviews were great! Came in to get 2 watches refitted and the service was outstanding. They fixed them while I waited. Excellent shop if you need a watch repair! Great prices as well!

Small business with great service and price. I’ve had watch repairs done here a couple times and Russell is a stand up guy! They also have watches, jewelry and purses for sale at good value. Russell has integrity and warranties the work. I would highly recommend this business!
