I don't know what happened but I just went and ALL of the flavors were kind of a weird icy consistency . The vanilla was almost clear. It was inedible.. I just mostly ate my toppings and threw the rest away. There's no creamy texture.. What happened?! I used to love this menchies

This is nothing against the employees, but why is the tip screen automatically set to 18% when this is a self-serve space? The cashiers don’t provide any extra service besides checking you out at the register. Pay your employees better.
