Extremely disappointed, went in had a apt for braids with T, she ended up saying a hour in to it that she didnt have somthing she needed and I can reschedule. Told her I was going out of town and I'll be back sunday. I have been texting her and nothing Im disappointed at the shop because Mrs.Santan dose great on my husband hair and I had high expectations for them just to be turned away with disappointed from them.

I went months ago for my sons haircut for his 2 yr birthday hair cut ,but I didn’t like the experience… it’s so close to me so I thought I would try it! I usually go to an older lady in a saloon for his cut but I thought I would go since I saw their instagram and saw they did kids and felt like they cater more towards kids especially with the cute Pokémon painted outside I went right when they opened as a walk in and it was two girls a skinny one and a chubbier white girl and right off the bat the chubbier girl asked me if I had an appointment I said no and I just stood there and she was looking at the other girl and she was telling her oh do you want him and I guess she said no for her to take my son and she was like oh no it’s okay you can have him and she kinda smirked and I was just standing there with my son while they were deciding who to take us which I found kinda rude I felt like they didn’t want to deal with a child , mind you They didn’t have anyone there yet and my son does pretty good… he just sits there watching the phone , he did start moving because the girl was kinda slow… when we go to to saloon they usually work quick on him and I feel like she did the same as my lady in the saloon I tipped her $25 as well for taking us but still I wouldn’t go there again and wouldn’t recommend for kids As soon as a guy walked in they treated him nicely I’m sure they just want their tips and don’t want to struggle with younger kids .

I have been going to Mend for about a year now and my barber Leah for over 2. The shop is always well kept and I’m always greeted kindly. Leah is one of the best barbers I have had. Her services are always reliable and professional. I can go to her knowing I’ll get exactly what I’m paying for!! I highly recommend checking her out. She’s also got more than just haircut options!

So impressed with this shop. Super clean, everyone is super talented and friendly. The owner is a doll, as well. This place really knows what they’re doing. I followed my barber, Audrey, from meeting her while she was attending barber school in Dallas. Her instincts and raw skills are impeccable!! My hair has never looked so good. She’s such a fine human, half of the experience is just how easy she is to talk to and how good she can make you feel! Her chair side manner and the quality of my cut are so far beyond any women’s salon I’ve ever been to, not to mention a fraction of the price I used to pay. I am so thankful for Audrey and I couldn’t imagine letting anyone else touch my hair. 10000000/10 recommend Mend, specifically Audrey 💜 Don’t miss out!
