I just graduated from MHC. This place has literally saved my life. I was at MHC for over a year. Residential was one of the best ones I’ve been to. PHP and iop were really great. The php staff have made this program work so well. I’ll always be grateful for MHC.

This is a program that really cares about your needs as an individual. I experienced personalized care, comfortable housing, and staff that really cared while I was a client here. I couldn't recommend this program enough, whether you're dealing with anxiety/depression, substance abuse issues, or any other mental hardship, this program has the ability to help. You just have to be willing to take advise and things will surely end up all right!

I was a client at MHC San Diego and cannot recommend their program enough. The staff, therapists, and psychiatric nurse practitioner saved my life truly. I was a mess and resistant to treatment long term. After having a week in the program I knew I was where I needed to be. The thoroughness and thoughtfulness that goes into each day is above board and excelled me into a better life. I am forever grateful and honored to have been apart of such a program. If you are in a space reluctant to get help, I encourage anyone and everyone to jump in and embrace the program to the fullest. You never know the life changing improvements and health that can come from it. I know for me it improved my life drastically and put me on a better path for the future. Thank you again MHC.

Very clean, coordinated, organized and professional facility. I stayed for 52 days, out of all the programs I’ve been to this is the first that I’ve grown an attachment towards and did not want to leave. The support that is given here is exceptional of a residential facility and helped me tremendously to get back on my feet and restore to a state of health.

The mental health center has been a life-changing place for me—a space where healing, growth, and self-discovery truly began. When I first arrived, I was filled with fear and uncertainty, thinking it would feel like a punishment. But instead, I found a community of support that made it easy to open up and face the pain I had buried for so long. The staff, especially my therapist Shelby showed me compassion, patience, and the tools to rebuild myself from the inside out. Through this journey, I’ve not only gained clarity about who I am, but I’ve also found a new purpose—to use my story to inspire others. This center didn’t just help me survive; it helped me find hope again.
