I had full brake work done earlier this year at 2 places. The front brake rotors already warped within 9 months. The rear brake job was not done correctly. This issue was causing my car to shake when I would brake. Mercie J got me in first thing Monday morning and fixed the issue. Wonderful and very friendly employees. I highly recommend Mercie J!

I've been going here for awhile now and can say these guys have been a pleasure to work with. They are honest and always do a good job. My only knock on this place is they don't have weekend or extended hours and an appointment is usually necessary, so it's difficult to get in especially if you have an issue arise. As a result, I've had to find other shops to do work on a quick turnaround. If you're able to swing it, they do have a night drop-off which is nice if you're able to make that work.

I had such a great experience taking my car to Mercie J. They were kind, efficient, and fairly priced. I was very stressed about getting my car repaired and they made it so easy. Adele was very helpful and communicated everything that was going on. They even sent me a very easy to understand inspection report. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you!

We have been trusting our many cars to Mercie J Auto for the last 20 years. We have ALWAYS had honest, knowledgeable service with reasonable prices. Rick and Mike have always done excellent work with absolute integrity. The entire staff is always friendly and willing to help. The repairs are explained and completed in a timely manner, and the work is guaranteed. We have ALWAYS had a positive experience and will not trust any other shop for the care of our vehicles! The best repair shop. I have an older Saab and my AC stopped working. They got back to me with a detailed report of everything going on with my car and were very upfront with cost and how long it would take. My repair even cost less than I was quoted which was amazing!! Will for sure use them in the future for any repairs.
