They have taken better care of our Frenchy’s than anyone ever has. Typically other vets have just thrown medication at us, but these guys have taken time to properly examine any skin problems under microscope to ensure we know what we’re dealing with and talk through the treatment options. Photo I’ve included is of poor Bruno and his eye ulcer, which is now on the mend! Definitely a great place to take your pets!

We love this Veterinarian business. The vets are very kind and compassionate to our little 9 year old furbabay. Costs for treatment are average. We get our little dog groomed every month. Parking can be issue if you arrive at peak morning time. We had to park across the road and walk across on our last visit.

KIND AND CARING Over the course of about 4 months our little pooch has been unwell and needing to visit the vet at least once a week. We got to know Christine the Vet here very well. She showed kindness, compassion and love toward our little dog and we can highly recommend her as a vet. She has called us to see how our fur baby is doing and will always be there when needed. They also have a pet grooming service which we have used a couple of times and seems to be quite good. Thank you so much Mermaid Waters Veterinary Surgery - we are truly grateful!
