Erika was here at the house today and did an excellent job with the housekeeping. She is very thorough and cleans extremely well. We recommend Merry Maids if you need serious housecleaning done.

The service I was promised was not given. This company does not give enough time for the cleaners to clean. One of my cleaners was very stressed about the timeline and tried her best however, Teresa did not even try. I could have done a better job than her and I did not consider their cleaning a deep clean. This was very housekeeping and didn’t deep clean much. They did not get behind anything and when we offered to move the furniture to clean behind it they told me I was supposed to move it prior to them coming. I was not given that information prior. Also, they did not mop well and left the house floors sticky. The blinds were not cleaned neither the windowsills until I had pointed it out and even after I pointed it out barely anything was cleaned. Moral of the story is, give your cleaners more time and when you offer deep cleaning services send your best cleaners and not the cleaners that slack at their job. Thank you.

Called right away for an estimate. And had an appoint that week. Amanda and Gabby were so sweet and professional from the moment they walked in to the moment they left. Our house is so remarkably clean and smells amazing! I am looking forward to my next cleaning. Very well done!

Oh my gosh. Merry Maids was the best Christmas present I have ever given myself. My house has never been so clean. Ruth and Gabby were as delightful as they were professional. Although, a one time cleaning is a bit pricey, it was well worth it!!! I will call Merry Maids again. Thank you Ruth and Gabby.

Setting up the appointment to have a maid come out was very easy. Kayla was very friendly, professional, and really listened to my needs on what I needed cleaned in my apartment. When Victoria came out, she was also very professional and optimistic about getting out the scratches in my sinks and bathtub. She finished quicker than both she and I originally thought she would, and my place looked fantastic! She focused on the spots that I asked her to, and she successfully took care of them.
