My cleaner was 2 and a half hours late, which I don’t actually mind at all to be honest BUT when I asked if there was a delay I wasn’t given any responses :c it’s only because I called the head office that I was informed she’d be super late - once again, it’s okay that she’s late, I just wish I had been told in advance so I could’ve planned my day around it. Outside of that, she did an AMAZING job! She was super sweet and deep cleaned my bathroom, kitchen, and oven amazingly. She was shockingly quick with the cleaning and did an absolutely fantastic job. I have to dock a star for the lack of communication (would’ve been 5 if I had been told she’d be late instead of being ignored T_T) but the service itself was incredible :) will be using merrymaids again!

Gloria Garcia did an absolutely fabulous job! My kitchen and bathrooms are gleaming! My 25 year old oven looks brand new. The shower glass that I thought was permanently scarred by hard water and soap, is now crystal clear. And the rest of the house is spotless. I will not hesitate to call on Merry Maids again. Thank you Gloria!

Amalia did a great job for the last service. She did a very detailed cleaning which took almost 4 hours. The house looks great. Only wish is if the firm can send over team of two to make the job faster and less distraction for us.
