My cleaner was 2 and a half hours late, which I don’t actually mind at all to be honest BUT when I asked if there was a delay I wasn’t given any responses :c it’s only because I called the head office that I was informed she’d be super late - once again, it’s okay that she’s late, I just wish I had been told in advance so I could’ve planned my day around it. Outside of that, she did an AMAZING job! She was super sweet and deep cleaned my bathroom, kitchen, and oven amazingly. She was shockingly quick with the cleaning and did an absolutely fantastic job. I have to dock a star for the lack of communication (would’ve been 5 if I had been told she’d be late instead of being ignored T_T) but the service itself was incredible :) will be using merrymaids again!
