The crew did not show up when scheduled. One parson came an hour and a half late and another two showed up 30 minutes later. There was almost no communication between the "office" and me as to what was going on. The one major request that I had for cleaning, the refrigerator, was not touched and someone had to come by the next day to finish the job. And one area of the living room was not dusted at all. Again, they came back the next day to finish the job. That day I got a text at 8:06 am asking if someone could come by after 10am to finish the job. I replied that that would be fine and asked about what time. At about 9:30 there was a knock on my door; they were there to finish the job. There seems to be a great lack of organization and communication on the part of the "office".

After months of trying several cleaners and companies, Merry Maids has delivered exactly what we are looking for. Both appointments have actually happened and our home is VERY clean. The staff is professional and listen to our concerns and wants. So happy we finally have a dependable and very professional team working with us!

update 2025: Reyna and Marna amazing! update 2025: Clara and Rosa were amazing! They arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and worked so quickly while still leaving our house spotless. Every room was sparkling, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were also so friendly and kind with our dogs, which really meant a lot to us. We couldn’t be happier with their service — fast, thorough, professional, and such a pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommend! Kara did phenomenal at cleaning our bathrooms! Highly recommend

I used Merry Maids about 6 weeks ago. Paid for the "sparkle clean" - over $400!! First, despite saying they send a "team", they sent one woman. Not a team, not two people, just one woman. Great. I've cleaned my own house I know how it goes and how fast it goes. 4 hours. At first it looked ok so I even tipped her (I regret that so much.) But as the days went on (and still) I find basic things that were not done. Top of fridge? Nope. Wiped down cabinets? Nope. Cleaned floor around the fridge? Nope. Vacuumed under the couch? Nope. Vacuumed under the bed? Nope. Cleaned behind the toilets? Also no. I found all this out in the days that followed the "cleaning". I didn't call them because I had a family emergency. Besides mopping the floor (not even a deep clean) I'm not sure what she did. Oh. She cleaned some of the blinds, leaving dog hair and dust that flew out as soon as I lifted the blind. It's my fault. Back in 2015 we hired them and they were the same quality - no quality. But I thought I would give them another chance and for 450 dollars I expected more. And yes, they offered to 'discuss it and make it good,' but I don't have another day to take off of work and I don't trust them. They'll just send another person to inconvenience and not clean. Just a warning - if you like clean or even a basic clean - these are not the people for you. At all.

I couldn’t be happier with the job Merry maids did cleaning my home! They went above and beyond every room was spotless. My toiletries were nicely organized, and they even took the time to clean the patio furniture. The team was professional, thorough, and respectful of my space it was such a relief to come home to a sparkling clean well organized house highly recommend their services!
