I have only gone for the meet and greet but I have a gut feeling about not liking this place. There are no cameras in the facility to watch our dogs or to record if an incident happens. I think they took the collar off my dog, because it was on backwards when he came home, which I am not too fond of. My dog just came out and ran to the car very anxiously. I overall feel meh about this facility, especially since they don’t give new people a tour too.

My dogs LOVE socializing with the team & all the other pups. My only complaint is the smell of the facility. When you first took over it was so noticeable that you had a better handle on the urine smell than the prior owners did but it was really bad yesterday. Makes me wonder about the sanitary practices of the team at your facility. Our dogs are potty trained. They want to go outside to potty (2-4 hours). Every 2 hours for our puppy @ every 4 hours for our older dog. I don’t want them to learn to pee on the floor indoors. I’m afraid that’s probably what they are witnessing when there.

This place is so awesome! We are very comfortable taking our little girl there. She loves it so much! We call it Puppy Play School and she just so excited the minute we mention Puppy Play School. The staff is absolutely amazing! It is very clean and our dog comes home very tired from playing her little heart out with her friends. The dogs never sit in a kennel and they are constantly playing and entertained by staff whether it is playing ball, swimming in the pup pool or chasing bubbles. The price is just right and the hours are fantastic! I just can’t say enough good things about our puppy play school.

My dog Kubo loves this place. She gets super excited when we get about a block away because she knows she’s about to have a full day of doggie fun. The staff here are super friendly and give my crazy husky a ton of love and attention. The manager Taylor is always attentive and quick to respond when I’ve had questions.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care Mesa Dogs 24/7 provides for my furry friend. The staff is not only kind and friendly but also incredibly attentive to my dog's unique needs and traits. As a puppy parent, their extra care and watchful eye to ensure she's not overwhelmed or tired mean the world to me. They even go the extra mile to cater to her allergies, and I can see the genuine love they shower upon her. Their facility is top-notch, and everyone on their team is simply awesome!
