Shoutout to Noah, Simon, and Lucas for their exemplary assistance with my PC. I had my brought in my gaming PC for the first time to a shop and decided to go with META PCs. They did not disappoint. They were extremely helpful, kind, and super communicative. They let me know up to date what was going on with my machine, the next steps to take, and advised me with the best options to take. Overall a very pleasant experience and should I need to come back for another repair, META PCs will be my number one go to spot. Again, thank you so much for Noah, Simon, and Lucas, and all the other employees who work here. Y’all are the best!

Bought a 5070 TI and needed to swap my 3070 out. Called the store and spoke with Simon. Brought my PC in and picked it up same day - no hassle or issues whatsoever. Simon was super friendly and helpful. He took care of me and the PC has been running great. GREAT prices and HIGHLY recommend these guys! Thank you, Simon! Purchased my first PC here, and Noah was very sweet and helpful! He answered all of my questions and made sure I had a good understanding of my setup before leaving; he also helped carry the box out to my car and left a cute star on the box, super nice guy! The staff online was super helpful as well and had quick responses about my order and any questions I had as well. Multiple staff members responded via email, so I appreciate each and every one of you! The Abyss PC itself has been running smoothly with no issues, would absolutely recommend purchasing items from this business.

I had an incredible experience at META PC’s. From the moment I walked in, Wyatt Cooper and Noah went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The team at this location was top notch. Had a trouble maker of a computer that kept showing issues and the team at Meta PC helped with finding the issue and in turn upgrade my computer. Giving me a finance option that worked with my holiday budget. I am really grateful for Cooper who took a lot of care and kept me informed step by step and building my new rig as well. Will absolutely continue to come here for my computer needs.
