No point in even attempting to contact this business, calls are always sent to voicemail no matter the time of day. Voicemails aren’t responded to, and emails are also ignored.

We did Tombstone. Some of the features in the puzzle were broken or didn't work properly. There were also some odd design choices, like leaving the door totally unpainted and out of theme. Just a big regular, modern door in the middle of the old west. There was also a bizarre design feature in the final puzzle that we had figured out, but it was so badly designed that it acts as an insane time sink. This was our B pick because they haven't rotated the rooms at Puzzle Effect. If you have a choice, this was cheaper and it shows. They also have an incorrect difficulty listing on their website. Restroom dirty imo. That said, we had a good time.

My family and I planned to do this escape room for today, Saturday February 21st, 2026, as my sister and her husband were visiting from Los Angeles for my birthday. Unfortunately, my sister accidentally booked for the 22nd and we didn’t realize it until we showed up do the escape room when the host notified us our booking was for tomorrow. Once we realized the mistake, we notified the host letting her know that my sister and her husband are from Los Angeles visiting and if she had any other rooms available for today as tomorrow they wouldn’t be here in town. She said there were no rooms available for the rest of the day. She also notified us they do not do refunds but said we can reschedule for another time, we just had to reschedule it right now. We notified her that we were unsure when my sister and her husband would next visit and asked if we can get a credit so that we can book at a later time. She said no, they don’t do credits or refunds and they could not accommodate us to book after today. So we pretty much had to decide a random day a few months from now and hope my sister and her husband would be able to make it, or else lose the money we spent. My sister pointed out to the host that the email confirmation had an option to both “‘manage” or “cancel booking”, and the host responded “we don’t allow that I’m not sure why it says that”. I told the host i planned to leave a review on google so nobody else has this issue, never did I state my review would be negative, I just want to make sure others are aware of their policy and make sure to double check their booking so they don’t experience what my family did today. After expressing this, the host became agitated and said I was rude for leaving a review and told me go outside and write my review. I can not speak on the experience with the escape room itself, I’m sure they are exciting and fun. I can only speak on my experience with the host and this companies policies. It was unprofessional in my opinion and it wasn’t the policies that upset me but the unprofessionalism on the hosts end. I personally will not book a room at this location again. It’s very disappointing because my family and I are big fans of escape rooms and we’re super excited to try this place
