We had Joe install our ducted air conditioning and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, his attention to detail was spot on, he took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the layout suited our space, and didn’t cut corners. You can tell he takes real pride in his work, and it shows. Highly recommend Joe if you want someone who actually cares about getting it right the first time.

AMAZING. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Joe (and his team) for the task they faced with replacing an existing AC with a new unit. I had numerous problems ranging from an undersized AC unit, a leaking cold draught in my family room and bedroom to a ‘Return’ over a stairwell creating cold air down the stairs, etc etc. I never thought the problems would be resolved. Also my electricity bill was high due to the undersized unit working so hard. Joe was fantastic from the first consultation until the completion of the work. His ethics and morals are Number 1 and his passion to help his customers is rare to find. His team were exceptional and did a great job. Joe went over and above to ensure my dilemma was fixed. Bryan was amazing in repairing the ceiling and his skills and workmanship should be applauded. Thank you again Joe and your team and I highly RECOMMEND your company. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Joe and his team were fantastic , provided good advice on our replacement for a 21 yo air conditioner which would not get below 29c on a 42c day, they provided a complete solution to replace our old system and increase it to better handle Adelaide summers, it was a seamless replacement and they engineered it better than the usual suspects, all the tradies were excellent, I would fully recommend them for your next heating or cooling system , Cheers Joe 🤠

Joe and his team were a delight to deal with! Joe arrived early for the initial quote process and explained all my options in detail, taking the time to calculate exactly what system I'd need and provided the quotes to me via email shortly after. On the installation day, his team arrived early and covered my furniture and carpets in protective sheets and were done in only half a day. I had a couple of follow up questions and Joe was happy to spend as much time as needed on the phone to answer everything and helped ensure my system was configured correctly. Compared to the other companies I engaged for a quote, Metro Air was competitive on price and the customer service sealed the deal. Would happily go with Metro Air again, and I'll be recommending them to anyone needing aircon.
