Michael was great and very professional. The night before he came out to do the work, New Year’s Eve, he stayed on the phone with me to explain the situation and FaceTime some, even though he did not have to. Came as scheduled on New Year’s Day and was communicative the whole way through the process. Was not a cheap job, but The workmanship and professionalism were top-notch.
Metro Flow Plumbing’s scheduling personnel kept me well informed regarding when repairman would arrive and called several times to provide me the latest status updates for arrival time. The service technician (Luis Camacho) demonstrated exceptional plumbing skills in making repairs to a copper water pipe leak without causing additional damage to other pipes right next to the leak. Luis exhibited great people skills dealing with me and my wife throughout the day long repair process. I was impressed with the many professional level Milwaukee tools Luis used or at his disposal. When the job required additional specialized tools and personnel to perform the job right, Luis did not hesitate to secure the specialized equipment and additional personnel. When Miguel arrived with additional tools and equipment, he was very professional too. I knew from the beginning that this was not a typical plumbing repair, so I was very impressed with the outcome. The repair areas were left very clean after the repair. The water lines were thoroughly tested after repairs to make sure that no leaks were present. Luis and Miguel should be commended for their professionalism and exceptional customer service.
I wish there were more than five stars to tell you our experience with Michael. I have met very few people in my life who impressed me the way that he has. I wish I could clone him and have him work for my company. I'm not just cheesing it up for no reason. Our plumbing is making my family sick and he truly cared about everyone's health. No sales pitch they're straight up a really good guy cares about people and being the best at his job and he can be. He was amazing
The team assigned to complete our work was professional, thorough, and communicative. We needed our entire natural gas line replaced due to leaks and outdated plumbing. Luis, Jayden, David, and Steven kept us updated and informed on all aspects of the work. They wore gear to ensure the house did not get dirty from their work. We had issues outside the scope of their original work, but they completed it quickly while working with us on pricing. Despite all of the obstacles, they kept finding ways to work around them and within code regulations. We passed inspections and are now back to normal. Thank you Luis, Jayden, David, and Steven for getting the job completed before the weekend. Congratulations Luis on your new baby girl!
David was just here to finish our job. I am so ashamed I can't remember the other technician's name. They were both great, got right to work and did an exceptional job!! So glad I found Metro Flow Plumbing!! Michael and Miguel were wonderful. They were very polite and explained everything. So thorough and set me up with the professional that is needed to take care of my water lek issue. As a widow, it is amazing to have technicians that are so focused on making sure everything is taken care of!! Thank you for sending these guys out to help me!!
